This book was well researched IMO, the author starts off with the science behind allergic response and shares current scientific research on coping with allergies. She gives realistic expectations, things to try; a very hopeful encouraging book

This book hits on the surface of cat allergies and possibly help for those who love cats but can only do so from afar. It discusses various methods to reduce allergens in the home and also talks about various breeds that may work better for people allergic to cats, including several hairless or very short-haired cats and the Siberian Cat.
