5.0 out of 5 stars Fun projects, easy reading.. an overall great book!, September 22, 1998

Cindy takes you step by step through the process of creating more than you ever dreamed possible with little bits of fabric. I especially liked doing the "impressonistic" arts with the techniques I learned from this book.

Highly recommended!

5.0 out of 5 stars Snippet Sensational Book, February 5, 2000
This review is from: Snippet Sensations: Fast, Fusible Fabric Art for Quilted or Framed Projects (Paperback)
Impressionistic sensations with fabric scraps, this is a very easy to understand book with great ideas, and lots of pictures. This fabric scrap/ snippet idea can be used for quilts, pictures, scrap books, and door decorations. It is easy for middle school age through seniors citizens. A great addition to my book shelf.

4.0 out of 5 stars Snip for fun, October 15, 2000
This review is from: Snippet Sensations: Fast, Fusible Fabric Art for Quilted or Framed Projects (Paperback)
I discovered this book after watching the author on a sewing tv program. I really like the impressionist art style and thought what a great way to combine two art forms. However, in the tv show, she showed how to make flowers. They are NOT included this book. I did make the wreath that she discusses in the book and in one afternoon, I had a beautiful wallhanging. The step by step directions are great. Don't be intimitated by the samples she gives, just go for it!!
