I originally purchased one of these so that my grandsons would be able to make "perfect" snow balls; however, after trying my hand at bath bombs, I was looking for a sturdy mold to use and, voila, the Sno-Baller came to mind. It works great for large bath bombs and, in order to avoid further conflicts with the grandkids, I just purchased two more. This product is made of VERY heavy duty plastic and will, no doubt, be in use for many years to come.

I saw this item on Amazon when looking at sleds and was very skeptical -- who needs a snowball maker after all?

However, good friends bought a couple (3) which they left outside the house on the snow. Inevitably, the kids picked them up and figured out how to pack the perfect snowball by tapping the handle on the ground or against a tree. Next thing you know, perfectly spherical, ideally-sized snowballs were flying everywhere! Its easy to bang out a dozen balls in seconds, or for one guy to feed another with an endless supply. They pack just about any kind of snow, too. I was amazed!! Great price-to-fun ratio here.

My kids really liked this sno-baller! Easy to use and fun. Now we have perfect snow balls in our freezer all year long-just in case we need one.

Great for making the perfect snowball, assuming you have perfect snow! We love ours -we have 3, to keep it fair.

My children have had lots of fun making snowballs with this handy item. They like the fact that it works in any kind of snow not just the great packing snow. We have a half dozen perfectly shaped snowballs in our freezer right now waiting for a June snowball fight....

Kids enjoy playing with this very simple product. Works quite well for producing large quanty of snow balls rather quickly. Get a few as the kids love to battle.

I purchased this product for my grandchildren to use this coming winter. I'm certain they will have a "Ball" with them!

Well this was bought for a 2 1/2 yr old and he is making those snowballs and letting them fly....only 3 ft or so...but he is making them !!!!

with his little hands and the co-ordination skills not all there yet,he could NOT make a snow ball just a snow LUMP

But he can make snowballs with this !!!

SNOWBALL FIGHT !!!

The item is made of strong plastic that would be very difficult for a human being to break. However, the snowball making process is very disappointing. All too often I would press a snowball together and when I open the jaws I end up with 2 perfectly formed half-snowballs that stayed stuck to either side. And then, you can't even throw that half-snowball because it breaks as soon as you take it out. Again, extremely disappointing... still waiting for a true snowball-maker that works.

I purchased this for my daughter last winter... we had a big snow storm and it was great! she was only 4 and of course was having some trouble making good snowballs this solved the problem... It is very durable... Great product.. would recommend to anyone!
