Snoring is one of the cruelest ways to make unhappy the one who sleeps besides you. I took a long time to realize my wife was about to leave me because I was not letting her sleep. She was angry all day because of me and my snoring problem. I made a long research : surgery options, devices that would help eliminate my snoring but none of them seem to be effective nor have a long term solution and surgery was not reliable. Then I found these sprays. I think this is the less invasive, affordable solution. I spray inside my throat and tongue 5 times just before close my eyes to sleep. Flavour is great. Obviously my wife should have written this review, but she said I let her sleep at least 4 hours. Then she wakes me up and I re-apply the spray and we both can sleep 3 hours more. Everyone is happy now specially my wife. If you continue snoring after using this, I suggest to see a doctor, check if you are overweighted or have a nasal-throat disfunctionality.
