The foam of this pillow is stiffer than I expected. The product does seem to work (reducing snoring). I have gotten used to the pillow, but people who like a nice soft pillow might prefer the more expensive "memory foam" products.

Flattens out,

The first two nights with this pillow I liked it. My ears were sore because the foam is firm, but I slept well. After that, the front ridge that provides the support flattened out and stayed that way. I tried flipping the pillow around, but I didn't sleep as well. After one week I went back to my old pillow.

I have tried this product for two nights. It ends up on the floor after a few minutes. It is a very stiff foam and uncomfortable to sleep on. I can not return the item so I just lost $33. I recommend you save your money.
