I think the reviewer "A Reader" below should be renamed "a writer of this book". This book has such basic information that I am upset I didn't write it myself. I can sum up this book with one statement: "If you snore - go see a sleep specialist". Mr. Wirth also summed it up well with Du-u-u-u-u-u-hh!

If you or your loved one is snoring don't turn to this book for a quick, inexpensive cure. Like the snoring products at the pharmacy - it's not going to help you. You won't find any information here that you don't already know.

Save your money for parking at the sleep clinic!

Buy this book if you snore or know someone who snores. They could have a much more serious disorder called Sleep Apnea. The book details the DIFFERENCES between pure snoring and sleep apnea--no other book in the market does this! This book could either help you sleep better (if you snore)--or save your life if you are diagnosed with Sleep Apnea.
