If you were to write your first book you will probably come up with something better than this. If you are even starting out like I was you would do better to shop around for a good free driving magazine which will cover all the detail this book does, such as what snorkel or mask to choose and how to use it. Seriously for the most basic of beginners, or really people who should probably not ever go near water for fear of drowning.
