1.0 out of 5 stars Very disappointed, October 19, 2001

This review is from: Snow Angels (Mass Market Paperback)
This was so disjointed...the story was hard to get into..the characters were not explored in any depth. Not a good example of Stella Cameron stories.

2.0 out of 5 stars Just Couldn't Get Into It, December 12, 2006
This review is from: Snow Angels (Mass Market Paperback)
Libby Duclaux is a rich widow living in the Italian Alps after the death of her husband. Old friend Aaron Conrad is trying to get her to stop mourning and live again. He convinces her to return home to Washington State by telling her that her sister, who is having a high risk pregnancy, needs her help. Libby has no intention of staying long term, but Aaron is convinced he can change her mind and that he may be falling in love.

Even though we are told numerous times that Libby is a charatable, self-sacrafing person, she has a threadbare wardrobe because she gives so much money to orphans; she just came off as self-absorbed. Aaron is stock nice-guy, romantic lead. I did not realy believe thier chemestry or care for Libby. The secoundary characters are far more interesting and likeable. I am told they are featured in other Stella Cameron stories, hopefully those stories are more enjoyable.
