The best bilingual edition,

This bilingual series is really great, we have a number of the titles. The illustrations are all made by different artists, and they are all unique and inspired. The Snow White edition, as you can see from the cover, has scratchy goth-looking characters with dark circles under their eyes, which resonates with the dark themes in the story. The only minus for me is that it is pretty verbose, which makes it difficult for kids to figure out what it means in the language they may not be as strong in.Our favorite in the series is probably the Little Red Riding Hood one; it has cuter illustrations and slightly less text; they are all great though.Little Red Riding Hood/Caperucita Roja (Bilingual Fairy Tales) |
