Who can resist the Snowboy and his adventures? Through the amazing imagination of the creative Wahmans, Snowboy enjoys the wonders of winter snow while keeping the peace among his feathered and furred neighbors. Whatever happens next, we hope the children notice that the missing mitten is safe with our Snowboy!
Clever, bright illustrations and flowing free rhymn create the spell of singing to the narrative........love it!

2 of 3 people found the following review helpful By Marjorie Lynn on October 17, 2012
Format: Hardcover
Snowboy 1, 2, 3 is a magically illustrated counting book that engages in several ways. It can be read with a child to teach counting, with its simple rhyming structure. The story of the lost mitten offers additional interest. And you can linger a long while over the illustrations which intrigue with their detail, wintry feel and playfulness. The kids in my life adore Wahman's books and Snowboy 1, 2, 3 will be cherished as well.

My friend had a baby and I gave this book to the 2 year old big brother. He loved the book, and wanted to read it as soon as he got it. We read it all the way through!

Beautiful and bright book.

I found Snowboy to be pure magic. The intricate illustrations are captivating and the story fresh and vibrant. At first glance it's a simple counting book but with each turn of the page you find new surprises. Since there are additional story lines within the illustrations, it's a book that can be enjoyed over and over again with new discoveries limited only by your imagination.
