Book Description

In this fast and furious fourth installment of the hot new series, The Jake Stone Thrillers, Jake for a change must come to the rescue of his lovely and ferocious friend, Snowflake, instead of the other way around. Is Jake up to the task, or will Snowflake's powerful enemies overwhelm him?

"Jake turns introspective, Snowflake gets really mad, and when one of their old rivals unexpectedly shows up, all hell breaks loose. I loved this book for many reasons, but especially because Snowflake finally shows us her softer side. But don't worry. Her hard side is still on display and in your face." Theodora K.

"[T]he books are fun, a tongue in cheek humor with an undercurrent that teases our traditional views about sexual roles, marriage and family." Linda A. Root, "a prosecutor" and author of the acclaimed novel, The First Marie and the Queen of Scots

"If you're looking to enjoy a few hours of unadulterated fun, you're not afraid of strong beautiful women, you're willing to pay 99 cents, and you don't take yourself too seriously, give Jake Stone a try."  Linden Gray

"There's no question that Peters is a master wordsmith." Gerry B's Book Reviews

"T.L. Peters' way of writing is wonderful." Kyanara

2.0 out of 5 stars Fire the Proof Reader June 16, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
For 99 cents the books are entertaining, although this character plot is growing old. Since Peters seems to be cranking out books as fast as he can write, better attention should be paid to the editing. Sometimes words are skipped or misused, and on many occasions the character names have been mixed up. A character that was killed off in the last chapter will suddenly be talking to Jake Stone, then on the next page the character is back to who it should be. See about getting a new proof reader.

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible April 29, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I managed to read the first 4 books in this series. Book 1 was pretty bad. I thought maybe the next one would be better. Not so. I finally gave up totally half way through Book 4. The whole series is exactly the same--female amazons beating up on insecure men. Same plot with different names on the characters. Same results. I would not recommend this book or any in the series to anyone. It was definitely not a Thriller.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good Jake Stone Thriller January 7, 2014
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
These are good reads if you like Amazon type blonds with green eyes that body build. Lot of women fight scenes, but interesting. These are casual entertaining reading. There is nothing in these books which would provide life experience or moral to the story.

3.0 out of 5 stars Slow April 17, 2013

I would have liked more Jake than snowflake and more action. It didn't flow as strongly as the other Jake Stone

3.0 out of 5 stars Fast mindless read April 17, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
All these books seem to have the same phrases and descriptions regarding the charachers. Like the author has recycled from one book to the next.
