This is one of the best cover albums of the 50's to 60's pop music period I've run across. I owned it on other media and have been waiting a long time for it to be released on CD. I wish that Loggins & Messina hadn't stopped with this one but applied their exceptional talents to other selections from that era as well. Particularly outstanding tracks are Hey Good Lookin, Chuck Berry's You Never Can Tell, Chris Kenner's I Like It Like That, and Bill Doggett's Honkey Tonk. If you like this music this CD is a must.

I have two coppies of this on vinyl and its just about worn out. At last its on CD. Dont pass this one up. This is a must have for any Loggins & Messina fan. This is one of the best cover albums of the 50's to 60's pop music.

Contrary to another reviewer who received the wrong item, I got exactly what was represented & it's great to finally have this on c.d.! The lp replica packaging is superb. Sound quality is decent for period of original release (not an amazing remaster job I'd say). Only reason I wouldn't give five stars is just fairly decent sound quality and how short this album is - just about 34 minutes. Still one of my favorites though from Loggins & Messina.
