Off the bat "So GOne" is a tight way to come back in the game...STRONG..The remiz is a really good one..she is singin hittin high notes and rapping most of the song.She sounds good doing the rapping thing."U Should've Known Better" is the ULTIMATE jam and im glad she made it and put it on here..

OVERALL GRADE 99/100 = A+

This song had a nice vibe to it and plus it had a nice summer breeze type of feel and is her 1st thing in a while.

For Monica, she has truly came a long way since she started her independent career in 1995, with her debut Miss Thang. Still, she has never seemed to step into being a product like Britney Spears and Christina, which is very good. There is no doubt, she has been her own woman. With her song So Gone, it is a very soulful R&B vibe, Missy Elliot created for her. It really shows that even 5 years out of the public eye hasn't considered Monica as a used to be, washed up diva. The song is about a cheat of a relationship by a man, but yet she has mixed feelings about leaving him. At least that is how I see it. Still, it is a great beat, and Monica should keep it up with good collaborations with Missy Elliot like this more often.
