This cd is just fun, something that you can listen to while you study or cruise around. American Hip-Hop is so stale right now with like every track being produced by the neptunes this cd is so refreshing! It's pretty hardcore garage though, so you kinda have to get into it. So Solid Crew's cd They Don't KNow is proly better if your looking for more of a hip hop flava. Mis-teeq is another garage group thats a blend of garage and r and b so I'ld look into them before u buy this cd to see if your feelin the sound. If you like garage this cd is pretty good. I like how this cd goes beyond so solid into other artists cause most of them I've never heard of. I personally like songs with rap in them and like half the songs dont have words which kinda isn't cool but there are so many songs i guess does it really matter? I love the bonus movies on the disc 2, it's 3 of their music videos which if your a North American like me you've never seen. The best songs are proly... Envy - So Solid Crew ft. Ms. Dynamite (best so solid song ever!), bouncing flow - k2 family, messy - purple haze kru, i dunno theres a lot on this cd I like. Maxwell D I never heard of until I bought the cd is really good I dunno he kinda reminds me of a male Ms. Dynamite back when she still did garage but I dunno maybe thats just me, his track is good anyways... If I were you I'ld give this cd a try just to experience something new.
