A Powerful Tool,

When moving overseas, the employee in the family isn't the only one making adjustments. The spouse has a great deal of adjustment also. The spouse workbook informed me of the challenges that I would face and also gave me insight on the challenges that my spouse would face. This insight helped me support him in those difficulties and eased the way of my own adjustment. Over-all, I found this workbook to be a powerful tool that aided in the success of my families adjustment.
