About the Author

A TV and multimedia personality and producer, and formerly a motivation coach and wellness and fitness expert, Kimberlie Dykeman resides in Austin, Texas, again, following two years spent gaining invaluable experience in the media, broadcasting, and entertainment industries in Los Angeles, California. In 1999, Dykeman initially relocated to Austin and launched her private practice where she established The Monday Soapbox Edition, a weekly e-mail that allowed Kimberlie to reconnect with her clientele and reinforce lifestyle changes. The simple e-mail soon flourished into a nationally distributed subscription blast, and Kimberlie earned significant recognition. This book could not have come at a better time. Kimberlie's fresh take on the power we all have inside is amazing. Witty, funny and down right brutal. Get up off your self pity and read this book. Then buy it for all of your friends and family.

I am hoping that those of you who enjoy being challenged will the take time to engage this powerhouse of a woman and her words of wit and wisdom. Clearly she must have lived several lives before this one in order to amass this cadre of insight for living a fruitful life. Kimberlie Dykeman has clearly demonstrated a big heart powered by a keen mind.

Kimberlie's enthusiam for life is infectious and she knows how to push the right motivational buttons. If, after reading this, you're not energized and eager to make some positive changes in your life then you're probably already dead. It's one of those books you'll pull off the shelf again and again whenever you need a kick in the pants.
