Great product - I've been using this product for almost 6 months and no problems with what the previous reviewer said as true. But I did my research anyway..

Did a google search on Benzalkonium - first link will most likely be Wikipedia.. This site has some info on what other products Benzalkonium is being used in - eye products, feminie products - and these products are in more sensitive areas that our hands..

I work on computers all day long - and I carry a bottle of Soapopular in my bag and vehicle.. After a battle with a virual infection 2 years ago, I always carry a bottle of hand sanitizer with me - fortunately with Soapopular, I never have to worry about dry hands again!

You may not believe me, I don't really care. It is my ETHICAL duty to at least put this out there. If you choose to ignore it and your child becomes ill, at least you were warned.

Do the research on Benzalkonium Chloride. IT'S NOT KID SAFE.

It's NOT a natural chemical as many advertisers claim. These are people with a VESTED interest in you buying their product.

Benzalkonium chloride is a known cause of occupational asthma,chronic immune system disorders and chronic dermatitis.

You really want to put this on your kids hands?

Its nice to see a product that lives up to its claims! It truly has no fragrance and doesn't leave your hands sticky like Purell. The foam is really neat...very satisfied.

I ordered the Soapopular Hand Sanitizer because I wanted a foaming hand sanitizer, since my daughter has trouble keeping the more liquid sanitizers from dripping. Then, at about that time, I read about the problems with alcohol-based sanitizers - another good reason for me to buy this, with a three-year-old and a twenty-month-old in the house! I love this sanitizer! It works well, doesn't feel sticky, and pumps out nice and foamy for the kids.

I must also say, the shipper, Mata Global Solutions, was excellent to work with. There were some problems with the order arriving damaged, and they handled it very well, immediately resending the order. I appreciated their quick response to my email and their immediate action to solve the problem.

I've looked in stores and on the internet for a hand sanitizer that is alcohol free and unscented. This product has NO scent and won't dry your skin! I was happy enough with it that I gave a bottle to my son for his family's use. You get six smallish bottles that fit nicely in a purse or glove-box. A really good deal.

This stuff is really fabulous!!! I have a hard time getting my 3 year old to take the time to wash his hands after using the potty, but he will use this with no fuss and I don't have to clean up a mess in the bathroom. We also have a bottle in our diaper bag for our baby, one in each of our cars, and we each take one to work. We have even used it when our son gets small scrapes as it will kill the germs but doesn't sting. We highly recommend this to anyone, but especially those with small children.

The product works well, but don't leave it in your car during freezing temperatures in the wintertime. It froze in my car, but all I had to do was leave it in the sun on my dashboard and it defrosted.

This is my first time ever using this product so I didn't know what to expect. I HATE it!. My hands do not feel anywhere near clean after using it, I can eat a meal, then use this product and my hands STILL smell like food. When I pump the foam into my hand, I have to quickly rub it into my hands before it drips down my wrist or through my fingers; I have to "catch it" as it's dripping down my wrist, no time to even put the cap back on. When I rub it in my hands, it feels very slick, like I'm rubbing in water. I've used foam sanitizer before and they were just that, FOAM, not liquid. So I am VERY dissatisfied and I will NEVER buy this again. I wish I had used it prior to purchasing so I would have known how it was suppose to be. And if this IS how it is suppose to be, then I would have never bought it. Unfortunately I have a case (6 bottles) of this crap. And 4 out of the 6 (that I've tried) are watered down drippy foam.

I have to agree with the other 1 star rating....this product (and any Hand Sanitizer that is more than Alcohol and a thickening agent is BAD NEWS). I worked Medical for Years....worked directly with OSHA and its simple ANTI-BACTERIAL products are NOT GOOD for ANYONE. Alcohol only hand sanitizers (if you MUST use one....like Purell) is fine...but anything (cleaners, soap, sanitizers) that use a chemical for anti-bacterial...well you are creating an environment that will kill you. Germs and bacteria have their place and anything that KILLS bacteria will not choose between the GOOD bacteria (that we need) and the Bad (that we want to avoid). Best idea is simple HAND WASHING with a non anti-bacterial soap...it gets rid of the bad bacteria, germs, etc and allows the good stuff to do what its suppose to do. To be honest...FRICTION and WATER alone do a good job...but to get hands and body clean and remove oil soap is helpful. Avoid this product....don't overuse hand sanitizers and if you MUST USE ONE...READ THE BACK and make sure its NOTHING but ALCOHOL!!!

After doing a bit of research on my own, I decided to go ahead with the tried and true alcohol based products. Apparently, Benzalkonium Chloride is toxic in certain forms. One website even stated that it can cause birth defects! I can't tell you for sure that this product isn't safe or isn't any good, but I know that it's not worth the risk. After all the recalls lately, I've certainly learned that things aren't safe just because they are touted to be.
