Single most helpful program ever!
Watched this program one time and literally improved my speed. The sections that cover proper technique for running will make a difference to anyone. Technique is key to speed!

Helpful, but not advanced
This is a good intro for some of the most fundamental moves in the game. I once had a coach tell me you only need 3 moves in your back pocket (that you can perform in your sleep) and you can get by 90% of your opponents. If you are looking for these 3 basic moves, this is likely your video (translation: it's great for a younger or less experienced audience). But if you...

Ok, I guess. If you don't want to pick out a decent book from the library or purchase one, perhaps it is better than nothing at all.
