This "textbook" reminds me of middle school! There are very short chapters and short questions at the end of each chapter. These question sheets tear out for turning in. I thought all this info was common sense, and my professor realized how silly this book was 1/2 way through the semester and we stopped using it.

This workbook needs a new and improved edition. Not a total waste of time. I did learn a little from it. Some of the questions were too complicated for a busy intern to try and find out. Rather unrealistic in some ways. Other questions were good thought provoking questions that caused the intern to have to seek out the answers.

I own this book, which I consider an invaluable tool for success in my (BSW) field placement. Unless you're a social work student you don't need the manual so the readership for the work is limited.
However, for those of is who are beginning our social work practicums, this manual is an absolute necessity. I urge you to order your copy immediately!

This book came on time and looks great! I was concerned that i did not recieve the my social work lab that i was told I would get. I would have liked to know that I was not going to recieve this becuase if i would have known that I would not get my social work lab, I would have got it from somewhere else.

This book was exactly what I needed for my current course. It came in speedy time and just in time!
