Brushing against this plant gives a garlic-like fragrance. Evergreen. Full-sun. Vigorous growing into clumps 1 foot wide, foliage to 1 foot tall, flower stalks to 2 feet. Hardy in zones 7 -11. In cooler regions the Society Garlic may be brought inside in the winter as a house plant.
