I bought this book before I'd ever knitted any socks. I didn't actually think that I could knit socks because most books make them seem so complicated. Not this one. It's a wonderful, friendly book and the patterns are clear and easy to follow. My daughter liked the pictures so much she's learned how to knit now too.
