Sensor keys require just the slightest touch of the fingers to operate, while the generously sized tempered glass weighing is suitable for a variety of containers. The Page features a high-load capacity of up to 9 pounds, 15 ounces and it provides 0.05-ounce (1 gram) gradations. The tare function enables you to add weight to items already on the scale and measure them individually--such as adding chocolate chips to already measured butter. It also includes a hold function so that the measurement read-out remains displayed for a few seconds after weighing is completed. Other features include a large, easily readable LCD screen and a switch on the bottom to change from English to metric measurements. The flat-profile scale is just 2/3 of an inch thin and its weighing surface measures 8-5/32 x 5-3/16 inches. It's powered by 3 AAA batteries (included), and is backed by a 5-year warranty. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

As far as I am concerned this is the perfect kitchen and postal scale. It's small and lightweight and looks great. It's simple to use and displays either ounces/pounds or grams. It handles weights up to 9.9 pounds. It has a tare feature that lets you zero out the weight of a container and weigh only the contents. I've been looking for a kitchen scale for some time and this is the best. Not expensive either!

It's really a pretty nice scale, but I was surprised when I opened the package because it didn't match the description. It's small, only 8.2 x 5.2 x 0.6 inches. The capacity is 9 lb 14.95 oz, and the increment is 0.04 oz. Ok, the last two are no big deal but it's too small to weigh a big pot.
