A Rare Work on a Unique Artist,

It is a shame that more Americans do not read French, especially the fans of Soeur Sourire. Florence Delaporte has done an excellent job of investigating a woman who was not easily known in life much less eleven years later. It was no easy task gathering the great amount of information on Jeannine Deckers that Delaporte has done. I know from personal experience that researching Sister Smile is not for the weak of heart or those that tire easily.
