5.0 out of 5 stars best and simplest of stretching exercise books, March 31, 2010
By
This review is from: Soft Exercise: The Complete Book of Stretching (The Scribner health library) (Paperback)
I have look for every stretching exercise book recommended here in amazon.com and still this is the most complete and simplest of all. You can start stretching right away at the level you need depending on your actual flexibility, from the very rigid beginner to the most flexible exercise freak. All the exercises are explain with beautiful drawings and text very easy to understand and apply with a quick look. The authors suggest different routines at the end of the book depending on your flexibility and on the time you dispose for doing the routines, from the simplest and shortest to the longest and more profound routines for people who are really into stretching. Its a very complete book and at the same time very simple in its presentation. I highly recommend this book.
