Normally, singer-songwriter music can seem monotonous and unoriginal. Tender Forever, aka Melanie Valera, adds a whole new aspect to the genre

Songs that talk about love can seen unrelatable; Tender Forever has the ability to create passion, sincerity, and meaning into her music, making even her most unique tracks heartfelt. Her voice is soft and fantastic. The lyrics can be simple in some instances, but the simpleness of the words do not detract from the album's quality.

If you like mellow music with meaning, then this is definitely the album and artist for you.

This is a very good CD. It has interesting themes and is mostly just songs about and to girls by a girl, which in itself makes it interesting. The CD is generally soft and often the songs are very similar. It is not amazing, but it is unique, very good, and definitely worth a purchase.
