The Soft Form Hernia Brief offers gentle relief from reducible inguinal hernias by providing adjustable and comfortable compression. May be worn in lieu of a regular undergarment and, with hernia support built into the brief, eliminates the need to wear both a regular undegarment and a bulky truss. The Hernia Brief is made of soft, lightweight materials and features hook and loop ajustable compression straps for ultimate comfort. A plush waistband allows for comfortable and extended wear. The removable foam cushions are designed to provide gradual compression around the affected area with focused compression on the hernia, reducing and/or pushing the inguinal hernia back. Compression straps are easily adjusted. Either pad can be removed to treat a single hernia. The Soft Form Hernia Brief comes in a white color and low-profile design which can be worn inconspicuously under most clothing. For proper sizing, measure around widest part of waist. Small fits 28 - 30". Medium fits 32 - 34". Large fits 34 - 38". X-Large fits 40 - 42". XX-Large fits 44 - 46". For hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns or exchanges of hernia briefs after the plastic bag has been opened.

If you have a hernia and don't want to have an operation for surgical repair this is worth trying. I wore on for a while and found it helped me while I was trying to decide on surgery. It is definitely better than the old fashioned designs, more comfortable and easier to wear. In fact I got so used to the support it gave both for the hernia and abdominally I quite missed the support when I no longer needed to wear it.

The size I ordered was between my hip size after wearing it all day my stomach and hip heart and itched from the pressure. A person shoul order a size at least 3 sizes larger.
