Funny,but sometimes too funny, June 11, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Soft Pawn: The Uncensored Sequel to How to Cheat at Chess (Paperback)
This book is unique. It's the perfect remedy for chess boredom. The only problems are:some of it is too weird, and, after a while, some of the jokes seem stupid instead of funny.

For Chess Lovers, February 14, 2003
This review is from: Soft Pawn: The Uncensored Sequel to How to Cheat at Chess (Paperback)
A short, but nonetheless amusing collection of stories for the chess enthusiast. If you are tired of all the dry technical manuals on openings, tactics, strategy, etc, then pick this one up. It won't improve your game in the least, but it will make you laugh.
