Place the Soft Sleeper Firm Support Layer on a firm flat surface like plywood, then place the Soft Sleeper Medium Firm Support Layer on the Firm Layer and the Soft Sleeper 5.5 Visco Elastic layer goes on top. The cover encases all three layers on the top and sides, this makes it easily removable for cleaning.

Too good to be true.,

I was also pleased when I got my mattress. What a bargain! We had a Tempurpedic mattress for 12 years and it had developed sunken areas where we lay. So, rather than spending $1200 on a new Tempurpedic we bought the memory foam mattress. Unfortunately, after just a few months sunken areas developed in our new mattress even though we rotated the top foam piece every time we changed our sheets. I am very disappointed. Our next mattress will be a Tempurpedic!

I was very pleased with the queen size 12" Soft Sleeper mattress I purchased through Amazon.com. The product was as described. The only surprise was that the mattress came shipped in three different packages that arrived on three different days. The confusion was that each box was marked 1 of 1. Each layer was cramed and vacuum sealed into a manageable package. Once unboxed and laid out it took perfect shape in less than 2 hours. The mattress is firm but there is no pressure on the body. I love it and will be replacing the matresses in my other rooms as well.

Useless Mattress,

I bought this mattress in March '09 and there were no issues with it in the first 2 months. Mattress was pretty firm and its memory foam worked the way it is suppose to. I even advised buying this mattress to a friend.
I guess I spoke too early. Come third month and the memory foam layer started having issues. The part of mattress which was being used the most sagged and I started having back troubles. To compensate for this, I changed the orientation of mattress and started using part least used. That helped a bit but sadly in 15-20 days, that part of mattress sagged too making the whole memory foam layer useless. Then I switched medium foam layer as my top layer and started using it. That worked for few days, but the medium layer also gave in. I contacted the customer service for replacing the two layers as this mattress has alleged 10 year warranty, but the customer service agent advised, that I would have to pay for shipping of the two layers (both ways) and then they will inspect the problem with the layers and give a "QUOTE" for replacing them. Under warranty they want money to replace the damn layers. And whats the use of replacing them when I am gonna face same problem after 2 months. I decided to just ditch this damn mattress and bought a new one instead.
