I was also pleased when I got my mattress. What a bargain! We had a Tempurpedic mattress for 12 years and it had developed sunken areas where we lay. So, rather than spending $1200 on a new Tempurpedic we bought the memory foam mattress. Unfortunately, after just a few months sunken areas developed in our new mattress even though we rotated the top foam piece every time we changed our sheets. I am very disappointed. Our next mattress will be a Tempurpedic!

I was very pleased with the queen size 12" Soft Sleeper mattress I purchased through Amazon.com. The product was as described. The only surprise was that the mattress came shipped in three different packages that arrived on three different days. The confusion was that each box was marked 1 of 1. Each layer was cramed and vacuum sealed into a manageable package. Once unboxed and laid out it took perfect shape in less than 2 hours. The mattress is firm but there is no pressure on the body. I love it and will be replacing the matresses in my other rooms as well.

I bought this mattress in March '09 and there were no issues with it in the first 2 months. Mattress was pretty firm and its memory foam worked the way it is suppose to. I even advised buying this mattress to a friend.

I guess I spoke too early. Come third month and the memory foam layer started having issues. The part of mattress which was being used the most sagged and I started having back troubles. To compensate for this, I changed the orientation of mattress and started using part least used. That helped a bit but sadly in 15-20 days, that part of mattress sagged too making the whole memory foam layer useless.

Then I switched medium foam layer as my top layer and started using it. That worked for few days, but the medium layer also gave in.

I contacted the customer service for replacing the two layers as this mattress has alleged 10 year warranty, but the customer service agent advised, that I would have to pay for shipping of the two layers (both ways) and then they will inspect the problem with the layers and give a "QUOTE" for replacing them. Under warranty they want money to replace the damn layers. And whats the use of replacing them when I am gonna face same problem after 2 months.

I decided to just ditch this damn mattress and bought a new one instead.

I would give it a 1... but thr price I paid was awesome. So I got the matress like 10 months ago. I thought it was the best thing at first.
Problems:
1. It comes in 3 sections and it has a THIN cover to keep them in place

2. WHAT EVERYONE SAYS: SINKING HOLES. For 2 people it happens in the middle and the sides b/c of how tight the cover is that Eventually it turns into this dark yellowish color.

3. It seems like both the top and bottom sections have shrunk and now the middle one sticks out farther. Looks sloppy.

4. My back hurts pretty bad and I have to keep a pillow under my lower back to keep it from getting sore

i bought it when it was 299 Now. I sure as hell wouldnt buy it even for that price

I returned it because it developed sunk areas in my side, I weight 180lbs. It was a pain in the !@#! to pack it and ship it back. Maybe for a lighter person would be good.

This mattress is awesome. Before we purchased this one online we had purchased an expensive name brand from the furniture store that sagged in the middle and was uncomfortable for two people to be on at the same time. We ended up returning the other mattress within a week and took our chances with this one. With this mattress there is no sagging, rolling, or uneasiness and we wake up feeling great; it was a great buy.

I sleep very well on this mattress. I was a little worried when it came in three boxes, but pleasantly surprised that I could choose the firmness of the mattress. The three layers also make it easier for me to move on my own. I am still happy and well rested after a month.

I was really skeptical when I read the description of this 3-piece, 12" thick, memory foam mattress priced at just $300. I had been looking around and examined various sources and materials of foam. I decided to give this product a try. It turned out to be surprisingly soft-and-firm at the same time and bloated itself into a regular sized comfortable queen bed. Liked it better than my earlier box spring mattress which costed more! So its a good bed and a great value purchase.

Like others, I suppose I fell for the excellent value for money that this mattress seemed to provide. Positive reviews certainly helped my decision. But I suppose most of those reviews were from people either very new to the mattress or just after having used it for a few days to a month. I say this since based on my experience, there's no way one could use this mattress for more than that without having to deal with severe sagging and caving in of the mattress -- to the extent that you just gotta trash it!

I purchased the mattress in April 2009 and all was good and dandy until two months later when the mattress sagging and caving really bad. Periodic rotations, using the firm layer upside down, interchanging firm and medium firm layers -- I tried everything and nothing worked, every iteration would cave in in less than 15 days! The caving in is particularly bad at the center with two people sleeping on it and it makes for a really uncomfortable sleeping posture. My wife and I would wake up 3-4 times a night to go sleep at corners of the mattress which had not yet caved -- I am NOT making this up!

There's a reason I suppose they provide a 100 day trial, because the mattress is no more worth than trashing after 3 months!

Can't believe they talk about "NASA" technology in describing this trashy product. This is THE WORST mattress you could get, period. Do justice to your money and please stay from this mattress!

This mattress topper exceeded my expectations. When I first received it, it was all smushed up and taped heavily from shipping. Initially, I was disappointed, it was too small for my mattress and mishapen. I gave it time to air and reconstitute as recommended by customer service. After about 12 hours it was full size and fully puffed up (they said it could take up to 96 hours). It makes an amazing difference in the feel of our mattress. My husband noticed the difference immediately, even though I hadn't told him about it. I have a very good mattress, but it has become a little lumpy, so I bought this memory foam mattress topper to give the bed a smoother appearance and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality--especially for the price.) I don't know how much difference one would get by purchasing the 3" topper instead of this one, but this one noticeably improved the surface quality of my mattress. For the price, this is a good value.
