4.0 out of 5 stars Very Good Product
Very nice heat therapy for the neck and shoulder area. It is nice to be able to wrap it around the neck area. If you have neck or shoulder pain I would recommend it. We really do like the product. It has a timer on it and will shut of automatically if you would fall asleep. The only feature we don't like about it is that the plug in is on the wrong side it needs to...

2.0 out of 5 stars Not what was expected
This item sounded great, but that wasn't the case. First off, because of the way the heat wrap rests on your shoulders, the wrap does not heat your neck at all. Second, the velcro wrap that secures around you is uncomfortable (it kind of chokes you). And lastly, it does not get hot enough, at least for my liking. I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting this to get...

The only feature we don't like about it is that the plug in is on the wrong side it needs to be on the left side instead of the right side as you have to drape it all the way across your body when you plug it in. Otherwise this is a good product

Heating pad for the NECK AND SHOULDER. This is the BEST item I have found of many I've tried, for fit to the neck and shoulder. It has many heat adjustments and an automatic shut off.

1.0 out of 5 stars the shape is great, but light weight so you can not feel the heat, November 10, 2009

i would not purchase this again. the shape is fine, but the heating pad is too light weight. when it is over your shoulders you can't feel the heat good because of it. it would have been nice if they had put some kind of weights inside so it would side close to your shoulders.

I wanted if because i had shoulder surgery and sitting at the computer really makes my shoulders hurt, but i tried everything, even put a belt around my back, lol trying to get this thing to fit close and a little more heavy on my shoulder.

i would send it back, but did not try it before 30 days. i gave it only 1 star because i think the shape is pretty good, but heating pad is useless not enough heat because it does not sit right on your body due to the lightness of the pad. it is very thin and light weight.

would not recommend to anyone at all.

I would recommend to anyone thinking of getting this to get one of those bean neck wraps that you microwave instead. They work much better!

I got this item as a gift. It was on my list.

It is a soft pad and works well, but the straps are very stiff with the "Velcro" type fasteners. Also the cord connection is bulky.

When i wear it as directed the straps seem to cut into my neck.

Too bad they aren't soft like the pad.

I purchased this for my 83 year old father who had a sore neck. He was satisfied with it, although he said he used it for his back.

The highest heat level is only adequate, but will work better if you lean back on a surface. As for the 'choking' comments, its for the neck, what do you expect? My stiff neck was better the next morning.

I WAS SO GLAD TO FINALLY FIND A HEATING PAD THAT WORKS FOR MY NECK AND SHOULDERS. IT MOLDS EASILY OVER THE AREAS THAT NEED HEAT AND THE VELCO STRAPS KEEPS IT IN PLACE. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT OVER HEATING BECAUSE IT HAS AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF. THE BEST FEATURE IS THE SOFTNESS, IT ISN'T THAT HARD PLASTIC LIKE MY OLD PADS THAT GETS EVEN HARDER WITH USE, IT IS SOFT AND PLABLE AND IS STAYING THAT WAY.

1.0 out of 5 stars Neck /shoulder wrap, July 29, 2011

I purchased this heating pad because I work on a computer all day and sitting at the computer really makes my shoulders hurt. The shape looks fine until you try to position it comfortably on your neck. When you have it over your shoulders, you cannot feel the heat because there is so much space between the pad and your neck. If you try to get the pad in contact with your neck for more heat, you feel like you are choking yourself.

I would not purchase this item again. Save your money. It is very thin, lightweight and ineffective. I would not recommend to anyone.
