Softalk II Telephone Shoulder Rest,
This is an excellent product. The shape is ideal for folks that have a lot of writing to do while they are on the phone, but don't want to use a speakerphone. The adhesive that comes on the shoulder rest is very strong. I would recommend this product to anyone who spends a lot of time on the phone.

I needed to replace the older version of this because my workplace took the old one away when they upgraded our phones. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be thick enough to do the job properly, but it has worked out perfectly. It fits my new Cisco phone well and the charcoal grey even matches perfectly. I am so glad to get rid of those neck cramps again!

I am a receptionist, and need to type and hold the phone. THIS is so much more comfortable and puts less stress on my neck. MUCH less stress than with the old trying to balance a slippery thin phone on my shoulder while I try to pin it down with my ear. This gives you some GRIP, whatever it is made with doesn't slide on my shirt (I wear scrubs) and this GRIPS much better on my shoulder area than the slippery phone plastic.
The sticky part sticks it on FOREVER, so you want to make sure you have it positioned properly before you stick it to your phone. I did this by holding my phone up to my ear the way I usually do balancing it on my shoulder and holding it pinned in place by my shoulder and ear. I slid this into place without removing the sticky cover so it wouldn't glue on till I was ready for it to be glued on. I pulled it away from my head, noticed where it was positioned on the phone, THEN removed the glue strip cover and stuck it in place. I know these stay stuck forever, I used my last one about ten years at my last job. I am not sure how people get along without these. AND, better yet, MADE IN USA!!! WHOOT!

When applied to my cordlesss phone, the bottom part of the shoulder rest would not allow for the phone to fit in the charger
