Hats off to [...] for neat packaging, super fast delivery, and a great product at a good price! I am so glad I ordered the black Softalk Telephone Shoulder Rest, and wonder why in the world I waited so long to get one. No more sore neck, phone receiver slipping when I am trying to talk on the phone and type on my laptop keyboard.

It is a perfect fit (a little shorter than my phone handset), easy to put on (only one time to do it right), and it is secure once in place. Over all, it gets a thumbs up and five stars!

I have one on each of my three phones, and I hate using a phone that doesn't have one! Very comfortable, and they hold up for years. The oldest one I have is decades old and just as comfortable as the newest one; I have yet to wear one out. Don't know how good the newer SofTalk II is; I've always been so happy with the original article, I go out of my way to find it.
