Hats off to [...] for neat packaging, super fast delivery, and a great product at a good price! I am so glad I ordered the black Softalk Telephone Shoulder Rest, and wonder why in the world I waited so long to get one. No more sore neck, phone receiver slipping when I am trying to talk on the phone and type on my laptop keyboard.

It is a perfect fit (a little shorter than my phone handset), easy to put on (only one time to do it right), and it is secure once in place. Over all, it gets a thumbs up and five stars!

these are getting harder to find and I'm not sure why. glad amazon has them available. lifesaver for my sore neck at work.

I have one on each of my three phones, and I hate using a phone that doesn't have one! Very comfortable, and they hold up for years. The oldest one I have is decades old and just as comfortable as the newest one; I have yet to wear one out. Don't know how good the newer SofTalk II is; I've always been so happy with the original article, I go out of my way to find it.

I have purchased one of these in the past and enjoyed it. This one, however, did not fit the back of my phone, it was too long. Also, the sticky tape on the phone rest was not centered. If you can get one to fit the length of your phone, they are wonderful.

This product was exactly what I ordered,and it was received within a couple of days from when the item was originally purchased.

Just what my secretary needed. Not expensive and works just fine, she is having less neck pain due to this product.

I've bought three of these and am ordering a fourth. These are a must for me at work. I am a secretary and spend many hours on the phone, while needing hands-free to keyboard. These have saved my neck, shoulders and sciatic nerve from becoming inflamed over the years. It's much easier to hold the phone against my ear and shoulder without pain. They stick for years, so be careful placing it the first time to get it right where you want it.

I have been looking all over for these. What a godsend at work! It has saved me from back and neck pain while making it possible for me to input information into my computer received on the phone.

The Softalk Shoulder Rest is cushioned such that it is comfortable to use. It works great for me. I don't know how I could have gone without it for so long. It is flexible; so it can fit a variety of telephones by bending it during installation (adhesive one time attach strip.) It really is easy to use the telephone now hands free.
