From Library Journal
PreS-Gr 1-This lovely recording contains several standard lullabies such as "Rock-a-Bye Baby," "Brahm's Lullaby," "Hush Little Baby," "All Through the Night," "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star," and seven more. The production features the talents of several young female vocalists who are accompanied by lush instrumentation from oboes, flutes, English horns, strings, and keyboards. The voices and instruments blend into a soothing, densely layered, yet generic sound. The highlights include the opening cut "All the Pretty Little Horses," and the lesser known lullabies "Go to Sleep" and "Sou Gen." Lyrics are included, but source notes are not. The songs are repeated a second time without the vocals. This recording is possibly the best yet from Twin Sisters Productions.-Rob Reid, University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire/Indianhead Federated Library System
