These shoes look much more comfortable than they really are. If you remove the shoe insole, the shoes feel very hard, like the bottom is made out of wood, or some other hard material. Also, these shoes are very narrow. I ordered the W width and the shoe seems just as narrow if not more than the N width on any other brand. And Yes, I actually received a W width shoe. It just wasn't wide at all. If you're more comfortable with an M or W width, you probably want to stay away from these shoes. In addition, the shoes look better on the computer than they do in person. The shoes look okay; not too ugly but nothing to write home about

Because of this experience, (Having to go throug the hassle and cost of returning the shoe) I am going to start calling the company that makes the shoes directly, and I'm going to inquire(May not always get an accurate answer)with the customer service about the feel of the shoe upon removal of the insole. Do they feel hard, Do they feel like wood, or when you press on the shoe, do they have a soft, cushiony, or rubber feel? Just a suggestion. I hope this helps.

Comfy shoe- more colors please and a higher heel would be lovely for us gals on the petite side. I use mine for slippers that can go anywhere, anytime!

I have a narrow foot that is hard to find shoes that both fit and is comfortable. I'm excited to say these shoes fit the bill!!! I love them! I have both brown and black and wear each a LOT! Wish I could find the same shoe is silver.
