This review is from: Software Quality Engineering: A Total Technical & Management Approach (Paperback)
This book is old by information technology standards but the process that the authors present for achieving software quality is valid and useful today (and should be for years to come). They did a good job of supporting their ideas with diagrams and graphics. They also explain the concepts well. I found the coverage of software quality aspects to be extensive and complete. The process for specifying software quality is extensive. So extensive that the best strategy is to take what you can use and get started rather than try follow every step in their process. I liked the book overall but I didn't find the last few chapters to be very useful.
