This review is from: Sokolows Universum. (Hardcover)
Alexander (Sacha) Sokolov is a jewish russian engineer who immigrated to Israel after a missile he developed in Russia exploded. In Israel he re-examines his past life, his being a jew, and most of all, his comittment to his family and friends.
This is a clever, funny and painful book, wonderfully written. A book every book-lover should read. |
