Not the Best!,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
In my opinion this is a poorly designed product. The solar panel sits on the back side of the unit, sloping away from the front panel. With the address panel facing south, the solar panel does not receive full sunlight and does not fully charge. I did not receive a new unit, as ordered. I could tell that someone had removed the address panel to change the numbers. When I contacted the seller with my complaint, their response was to offer me a $1.50 credit to remove my negative feedback from the Amazon website, because it was impacting their sales. I did remove the comment. After thinking about their response, and not once did they offer to refund my purchase, I am a little insulted at their attempt to bribe me. For what it's worth for the rest of you.

POOR QUALITY,

I think there is no way this item was inspected.Battery box when opened had a wire that was not soldered.Also the face plate that must be taken off to change to your address is held on by cheep plastic screws that were stripped out.I think it's possible this item was sent back before and not inspected.I am waiting for Importer 520 to call me back with information on this item for full refund.
