The light given off by the other two lanterns is yellowish.

I thought one might be broken when I put it together because the switch inside seemed a bit iffy - but it works great.

Found them on the internet and have enjoyed them ever since.

The light emitted by the lanterns is a cold blue rather than the warm yellow I was hoping for... and I have found that hanging them on my tree branches means they don't get enough sunlight to charge during the day. They do look very nice unlit, though, and I am hoping they will work better on another tree. Overall, not worth the money.

I bought three at a hardware store for $14.00 each. The light is a blue versus yellow but they are still a nice accent. I have them hanging on a horizontal tree branch and they seem to get enough sun to glow until about 10 pm. However, this is Hawaii so perhaps we have stronger sun for a longer period of time. Overall I am pleased with them.

There were several products on the market, I wanted one with good quality at a reasonable price. The quality on this product is great. They have a lot of light for small solar lights and run all night long on a full days charge.

I love the way these lanterns look hanging in the tree in my yard next to the deck. The light is subtle, with a yellow tint. If you're expecting these to brighten an area, they are not the lanterns for you but if you're looking for ambiance, these lights are great and look fabulous with candlelight. They were super easy to put together, too. I've only had them hanging for a couple weeks, but so far so good. I thought one might be broken when I put it together because the switch inside seemed a bit iffy - but it works great.

I first saw one of these lanterns at a vacation rental home. Found them on the internet and have enjoyed them ever since. They glow like Moons, not bright path illuminators. I have 3 in my yard, year round. Replace them about once every year or two depending on how much rain we get, they start to mildew a little. Lights have never worn out. I keep mine on shepherd's crooks in the corners of my garden and one along the drive.

At first I was very unhappy with these lanterns, no directions that made sense. It did take longer than 24 hours for the solar batteries to charge. They now glow with a lovely warm glow...although not for long. I still do not see how I can open the battery chamber if the batteries require changing. All in all, these are a lovely addition to my garden in the dark evening hours.

This is the second time I've ordered these lanterns. They are wonderful! We left ours out all winter and they still work! They are in partial shade and still get enough light to run them well into the dark. On rainy days, not much light but that's to be expected. Every now and then, wipe off the little solar panel and they'll work like a gem for you!
