I have been taking this product for over three years and my total cholesterol level has dropped from an average of 230-240 to 180-190.I take a capsule with every meal ( 3 a day ).Take this with Nordic Natural Omega 3 and you will see your bad cholesterol drop and your good cholesterol rise significantly.

I take Solaray Red Yeast Rice to help keep my arteries clear. My doctor recommends that I take RYR morning and evening, along with my statin in the evening. I like Solaray RYR because the capsules are easy to swallow and I know the product content is high quality.

I take a single 600mg pill every day to supplement my prescribed 20 mg simvastatin med.

My Dr. recommended this supplement to me & the tests afterwards have him impressed ! Easy, quick ordering through Amazon also.

Time will tell as to whether this item is helping. I will go in for a blood test within the next 6 weeks.... if it has helped my good cholesterol, then it will be a determining factor as to whether I will keep taking it.

I took (2) 600 mg. capsules of Solaray Red Yeast Rice per day for 90 days. For me, no side effects. I plan to take it for a long time but I'm having my blood tested periodically in case it causes any issues.

Seems to work at reducing cholesterol level. Doctor asked me what I was doing differently when my levels went down, and this was the only difference.
