I have used this aloe based drink for several years anytime I have flareups of IBS and/or acid reflux. I went on a gluten free diet, and this cleared up most of both conditions about 95%, and that keeps from being 100% because I keep 'cheating' here and there and have an occassional piece of toast, cake, or pasta.
So when I do 'cheat' too much or have to be on antibiotics for any reason, I use this in addition to probiotics and l'glutamine powder - These three items restore my system in about 3-4 days every time. Highly recommended. |
