I have found that the tart cherry capsules or dried fruit gave me immense relief from my arthritis. I have been able to say good-bye to all the prescription meds since I began taking these. It did take a couple of weeks - but it has been worth every penny I have spent on them - and this happens to be the most economical site that I have found.
