I've tried a million cleanses and this is by far the best one I've tried. More expensive, multiple pill formulas, liquids, morning/noon/night pill packs, all of it. And this simple little pill once a day really works the best. I lose the pooch and feel much better after a few days, it's the only product that I actually feel better after taking. Highly recommended!

I was suprised at how well it worked. The capsules were easy to swallow, and work well. Great product.

I have been taking the Solaray Total Cleanse Colon for 4 days now. I don't feel this product has worked for me. I have barely been able to go to the bathroom these 4 days and have gained 5 pounds (prob from being full of S&%t). I work out 5 days a week and watch what I eat so I know it's not from my diet or lack of exercise. I am normally pretty regular but agreed to take a 7 days cleanse with my fiance. I can say that it has stopped me up, and he's able to use the bathroom, but it's harder for him to go. Also, it has given both of us gas and when we do poop (the little that's gone on since) it smells really bad. Overall, I would not recomment this product. I will continue to take for the ful 7 days and will update my post after I'm done.
