I have used it now for almost 3 months. This cushion does its job, it provided a good massage. I have not had any problems so far.

Good messager overall. Does not get the lower back area as well as the upper back. The heat feature is very powerful and gets the heat deep into your muscles. The vibration feature on the seat is kind of weak though. Was a good alternative to the larger full piced seats, and I would say is worth the cost, especially if you have mid or upper back pain.

This was an inexpensive massage cushion, but I have never used a cushion so cheap. The kneading knobs stick out too far in my opinion. Being smaller, this really dug into my back! I had to contort my back into strange arches as it went over the intended area and the heat did not turn on until the kneading cycle was just about over. The seat vibrates and does not seem to heat up at all. After the first use my back felt bruised and tender, I found I was too sore to sit on the seat at all the following day. I returned the seat today, finding it very frustrating that I got free shipping to have it delivered upon purchase but had to pay to return it. This was not a good purchase, in the future I will go for a better model.
