It was a sweet story. I liked the idea of her falling in love with her late fiancé's best friend...it added a "real" emotional struggle to the story that didn't seem forced or cheesy. And who doesn't love a handsome, sweet Army ranger? ;) This book also made me fall in love with the name September. Definitely wouldn't use it on my daughter, but maybe a character in my own novel someday...a guilty pleasure name for sure!

The Granger series is a warm hearted series that I could not wait to get to the next book to see how this family worked their ranch and get throught their family trails of life within their faith, continue to forgive and love each other. Buy this set of books, and you won't be sorry that you did.

The book itself was fair. I read a lot and this one really did'nt hold my interest. I read a lot of the Love Inspired stories. I rate a book on emotion and how it makes me feel. If it makes me cry, laugh. or hold my interest where I don't want to even put it down then its usually a good book.
