atmospheric,

A good old-fashioned thriller set in the days of the cold war, where spies were always gentlemen and sometimes rather beautiful ladies. Set in Lisbon, this timeless thriller describes the city and its surrounding area well, and kept me gripped throughout. Fast-paced and atmospheric with car chases, shoot outs and other capers. A proper spy novel.
