I've been taking this for years because I could feel a benefit from it, but only recently has research been done to discover what it really does. Go to nih dot gov and find pubmed, then search for chromium picolinate to see for yourself. It increases insulin sensitivity (so if you are a diabetic and take insulin, be careful with it, but it's good for you), and it stops carb cravings DEAD. You know that gnawing sweet tooth that says "eat bread, eat cake, eat candy... drink sugary soda..."? That little voice will be gone. But it has to be at least 500mcg for that. The study I read actually said 600mcg, but who's a perfectionist? Works for me at 500mcg.

This product really helps with too fast pulse and the general icky feeling I get from not being able to process too many carbs/sugars. Within 10 minutes of taking one capsule, my heart beat gets back to relaxed and I can fall asleep. It also pours out of the capsule very easily if you need to mix it with something.
