Helps with chemo-induced Neuropathy,
By
This review is from: Solgar - L-Glutamic Acid, 500 mg, 100 tablets (Health and Beauty)
My son has cancer and the chemo made him unable to walk due to severe pain and neuropathy. After using Glutamic Acid for a month, he was able to bare weight on his legs!! He has been on it for 5 yrs and the only interaction we worried about was when he switched to Vinblastine (which we stopped using it for 6 months). When he did stop it for that time, his legs were painful so they put him on neurontin. While the neurontin has helped, without the glutamic acid, he would stop walking. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!! I just wish it came in a larger quantity. As for the advertising, it plainly states 100caps, each being 500mg so I am not sure what the previous review meant (unless it has been changed since the review was put in).

This ad is deceiving. Read it too fast and you'll think your order is for 250 caps, but it's for 100 only. This review is not on the product, just the advertisement.
