Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Solid to the Core: Simple Exercises to Increase Core Strength and Flexibility (Paperback)
A comprehensive and effective program. After using it for two weeks, I see a significant improvement in my core strength and much less lower back discomfort. Will continue with the program and have recommended it to my friends.
