I ordered this bed for my sons and it arrived yesterday. My husband and I are still trying to put it together. The Headboard comes in two pieces. You put it together with wooden pegs and glue. The mattresses lay on boards that you screw to the side rails. The boards aren't long enough so we have had to rig it to make it work. There is also a problem with one of the bolts that attaches the footboard to the side rail. It isn't long enough. Only order this bed if you really like to solve wood working problems. I gave this item one star because it made it to my house.
